Return Policy
Returns/Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your item(s) within 21 days of receiving your order, we will be more than happy process an exchange for you, offer merchandise credit or process a full refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, all tags must be attached. In order to begin your return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact info@shopatgioiaboutique.com with an order number or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible to cover shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Orders being returned should consider using a trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as the labels will not be created by us.
Please note, until specifically told to send back your items when trying to make a return, please do not send any items to our address on your shipping label.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different item or size, send us an email at info@shopatgioiaboutique.com.
Once your return is received and inspected to meet the qualifications, we will begin to process the return. Your return will be completed based on the refund or exchange method chosen. If the item(s) does not meet the qualifications, you will be notified, and your item(s) will be sent back to you.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded. Items purchased under the ‘Sale Tab’ will be final sale.
Gifts
Orders marked as a gift at the time of placement and shipped directly to the recipient will receive a gift card credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received by us and inspected, a gift card will be emailed to the recipient.
If the order was not marked as a gift at the time of placement, or orders placed as regular and later given as a gift, we will issue a refund to the gift giver as well as a notification of return being processed.
